I have kaspersky i dotn have this issue...

yeah these two (PnkBusterA and B.exe) are in C:\windows\system32
but when i try to open them a black window comes up for half a second and then clothes itself again...

why are you trying to open them? id just rigth click them and select run as admin but thats all...

You have to allow these through your firewall.
The above is from Norton 360. Your virus program maybe different but you should have the option to allow a program through your firewall....

in my firewall these files are allowed. and in kaspersky i allowed them too...

Ok if this doesn't work you will have to open a Trouble Ticket with EvenBalance....
1) Click Start button > Run. Or All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt.
2) At the prompt type: REGEDIT. The registry editor will open.
3) Click the "+" next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
4) Click the "+" next to SOFTWARE.
5) Click on Even Balance.
6) With Even Balance selected, click on Edit > Permissions...
7) Make sure the 'Allow' checkbox is checked for both 'Full Control' and 'Read'. Also make sure that the Deny checkboxes ARE NOT checked. Does this for all Groups and User Names.
8) Click OK
Now you also may have your PnkBstrA.exe not running in your MSCONFIG. So here is how to check if it's not running.
1) Click Start button > Run. Or All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt.
2) At the prompt type: MSCONFIG. The MSCONFIG editor will open.
3) Select Services TAB.
4) Now scroll down and try to find the PnkBstrA.exe
5) You will see a check box beside the process. Check the box if it's not already.
6) Now click Apply.
Hope that one of these is your problem and now it's fixed. If not post back and we will try something else....

I would do it before then but I am not in the right mind now (due to alcyhole) and tomorrow I have a music festival.
So in 2 nights from now, close enough to 48 hours (give or take a few) I will instruct you though this.

you wont trust me but in the end i fixed the problem myself
i am sure a few of the things you guys told me to do were good too and maybe helped to fixed the problem too but in the end i still got kicked (but +1 for the help anyways)
Ok so what i had to do is:
go to this :
C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Local\PunkBuster\ET\pb
there are PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe and in this folder i had to run it as administrator!
i searched to my whole computer to find something else then you said...so like R+D said i should allow it in firewall and so on...this was already set right...and he gave me also a few pathes where i should run the PnkBstrA and B.exe as administrator but apparentlyi didnt run the right PnkBstrA and B.exe as admin...i never thought there are so much different PnkBstrA and B....but now the problem is fixed like i said above...i went to this path by searching through my local...there i find these two others and run them as admin and now it works!
but thanks again for all who tried to help me (1+ for you!)
And when some other guys now have the same problem as i had they know how to fix it very detailed!

the reason YOU had to allow it in virtual store is because you have PnkBstrA and B in virtual store and system 32 becoz of the administrator approval is asked b4 you can move a file.
But i am prety sure rd said to allow it in your virtual store as weell and to run it as admin :/.

Yes burgo rd said to run it as admin in virtual store...but after that i still got kicked.. so i had to run it as admin in the path i wrote in my last post...
but whatever..now it works and thats what count.
