Then to your problem:
It says there is a communication failure with you PnkBstrA.exe
maybe try to allow it in your firewall...because it could be that your firewall is blocking this...

Robert is correct.
Allow it through your firewall. If that doesnt work, reinstall punkbuster using pbsvc.exe available from their website and then allow it through your firewall.

Use the FIND option on your PC and type in PnkBstrA.exe or PnkBstrB.exe
Or manually it will be in C:\Windows\System32 Both PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe will be here.
Now go into Control panel and click on firewall settings, Allow a program through firewall now browse the above location mentioned and make sure thewse 2 files above are allowed through your firewall.

right click and go to properties / compatibility run in compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 2 and also click run as administrator while you there
you could also try submitting a report to evenbalance and reading the FAQ here PB
