@ Mike: Can you do !userinfo as VIP?

I have listplayers available and thats all guys. On OZ no issue with gathering information but here I am level one and my commands are limited to say the least.

Out and out aimbot with this chap, was zapping away merrily getting like 140hs with 30 kills. Really obvious stuff.

I would like to be able to help but level 1.....

From the last time i backed up the shrub when i was doing so, the flags for VIP were the above. They do not include "e" (without the "") which is the flag for !userinfo.

I think it should include this.
