    Ok guys do your thing! Robert can you translate the forums and the servers rules here first?? Only the |H*S| clan members can see this part of the forums at the moment. Once it's up and running with some other languages we will open this section to the public! Smile

    Once the rules are done in a couple of languages do the server settings to start. I know it maybe a lot of work but if we get this going soon the better off our players will be.

    Lets make this happen guys! Smile

    I have placed this section at the bottom of the forums so if any players come here from other countries they will have to scroll through all the other information on the forums. This may have an effect on the players to and see just how involved we are as a clan. Smile

    So let the Language Project begin!!!

    ye i already translated all the rules in german and i additionally made a tuturial for how to change settings right in german Smile

    But i sent it to petros because he wanted to make a image out of my text...
    so should i post my text here or wait till petros post the image of it?


    EDIT: Can we name the topics a bit different?
    So my suggestion would be for the german part : -German- / -Deutsch-

    because so it is in english one time and after the slash it is the the language the topic is about?!
    so its easier for people who dont speak even a bit of english to find their way...

    Robert, got your email! I have completed the changes with my PC, no worries about the images anymore! Very Happy Thanks for offering to help though!

    The intial idea was to create a method of organizing the rules into a series of links (each link originating off the main page post - which was the reason for turning the text into an image, its easy to create a link to an image, lol)! Very Happy

    The new forum thread is great, we can simply make a new post for every new language! Very Happy Oustanding! Very Happy

    Good job with the translation Robert, do you speak any other language - we could really use your expertise! Very Happy

    Anyone else who speaks another language and would be willing to help out, please post away, or PM R+D, Very Happy We are looking for translations of the Forum Rules, Server Rules, and the Tutorial. An example would be the work Robert has done for the German Langauge! Very Happy

    If anyone has any quesitons or suggestions about the project, feel free to ask, post away or even send me a PM.

    Saw a player on the other day form Spain, I am currently having a co worker translate the rules and tutorial into Spanish (I will PM the product to R+D for final approval! ;)

    P.S. R+D, What do you think of a post for a listing of members within the clan who speak an alternate language (so we can have a private message listing) incase someone needs help with something not posted?... (sent you a PM mate)

    Hm i have a suggestion:
    Could we make (i dunno if this is possible but i think so) different commands for all people on the server (when the project is ready), for example:
    !german or !french

    and this will show you a link to the section of the forum?
    so it would be like: you type !german and it gives you the link to the german (atm : http://headshotetclan.omgforum.net/f52-german-deutsch)


    Would do you guys think about that?

    This is a great question, I had thought about explaining under one of the threads, but I was waiting for someone to ask: Which you have done, thank you! Very Happy

    I am actually not the one who personally translated the Spanish and Portuguese languages: I work for the U.S. Navy, which currently has one of the largest linguistic programs out of the four U.S. Military Branches. The Navy will only hire linguists who can pass the languages fluency test, and hold a degree from an accredited university! Very Happy

    I have some friends who work in the Linguist Department, so I had them translate the rules and tutorials for me, and send them to me digitally! Very Happy
    I sent the originals to R+D for Spanish, before actually posting them, to make certain it was ok! Very Happy
